Description
MP3 files should not be used in Final Cut Pro due to quality issues and annoying pops during playback. Convert the MP3's first to AIFF or another format. Standard audio format at 48K works best. Then import them.

using iTunes so you can include a compatible AIFF version for use in your
Final Cut Pro project.
