Description
How to Convert Canon 5D Mark-II , 7D, 1D Mark IV video to Final Cut Pro and Express using MPEG Streamclip. Basically convert your .mov H264 video file into XDCAM or Apple Intermediate Codec using MPEG Streamclip and then import the video into FCP.

But what if you want to keep your files in 1920x1080? Is there any way to change the sequence's frame size to 1920x1080? Also, I followed these procedures exactly and when I drag my recently converted files, originally shot on a 5D Mark II, into the timeline in FCExpress it still requires a rendering.
What would be the best export options for my 5d footage convert to apple intermidiate codec in final cut express. I was wondering the best for HD and SD. probably going to be using idvd to burn my DVDs
